You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received the shipment.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired. You can use the return form sent by us for the return shipment but you are not obliged to do so.


If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments made by you up to that time, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the extra costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) as soon as possible and in any event not later than 10 working days after we have received your return (or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods). We will refund you by bank transfer, to the account number you provided; no fees will be charged for refunds. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the unequivocal statement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you and will not be refunded, unless it is a faulty or defective delivery by Exclusive Cosmetics

You are liable for any depreciation in value, which results from use of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. This means that you may evaluate the product as you might do in a physical store. You may therefore not open or use items; the depreciation is then 100%.

NOTE: When you purchase devices that are bound to a warranty period and you want to claim the warranty, you must return the product in full condition including all accessories. The packaging must also be in complete original condition. You are therefore required to keep the packaging for certain equipment for at least two years.


If you receive an article that is not functioning properly, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

When you receive the wrong article, first check which article you have ordered and which article has been confirmed by the first e-mail sent. You can do this by comparing the item number on the product and the item number in the confirmation email. If the item numbers do not match, please contact the customer service, they will provide you with the necessary information to return the wrongly received item free of charge.

When you order a new electrical and electronic device on Exclusive Cosmetics, we offer you the possibility to return the ‘old’ device to Exclusive Cosmetics free of charge. You can return the device to Exclusive Cosmetics by using a reply number. If you would like to use this service, please send an e-mail to and we will provide you with a return address.

Electrical and electronic appliances can also be returned to the existing collection points. It is also possible to dispose of the electrical and electronic devices at the municipal waste site.
